  We stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it. It is an excellent family run hotel, they are so pleasant and welcoming even the family dog;-) it was in an excellent location five minutes from daylan town centre which is perfect for relaxation and appreciating your natural surroundings, Definitely recommend this hotel it ticks all the boxe... what people say » s, and we are a gay couple who can be quiet discerning! Ps the breakfast is yummy too;-) - We loved everything about this hotel iksen and her family were wonderful chilled out and friendly, but never intrusive after a hard year working it was just what we needed Anyone that loves peace and quite this is the hotel for you loved every minute so did our friends that came to visit they stayed in the hotel for one night and thought it was amazing too thank you ilkesen for making our holiday so speical

  Very friendly staff. The apartment was basic but very clean and functional. It was perfect for our short stay of 3 nights and excellent value for money. The pool was lovely.   We got everything we needed for our holiday: beautifully situated & view, great swimming pool & atmosphere, much better than all inclusive or bigger hotels around!   We loved the warm, friendly atmosphere of this family-run hotel. Especially we loved the warmth, fun, good humour and helpfulness of the staff. The pool was beautiful, as it was surrounded by lovely gardens. The apartment was well-stocked for basic kitchen self-sufficiency and was pleasantly furnished; it was cool and very clean, with 2 big balco... what people say » nies ( one for for morning sun overlooking the pool and lovely gardens, and one and afternoon sun). The gardens smelled delightful, especially in the - Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and more than adequate for our needs. Quiet location and an easy walk into town.

  Fantastic scenary The owner is a brilliant singer & musician making evenings by the river a beatiful experience The campsite is ok and the cottages cute. Be prepared for a camping experience and you'll like this place - Great location and excellent wifi covering the whole camp site. Our hut was clean and basic as per the description online.

  The really great thing about a stay at Karaca Apart Hotel has to be the wonderful owners - Enver and Adile! We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Enver organised various boat trips, took us to a turkish bath and served ice-cold beers whilst Adile made some great food for us. Their daughter also became good friends wit... what people say » h their lovely daughter, Gozde. We had breakfast included and it was well worth it. The Apart Hotel place itself is very nice, pool is great and apart - The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. They cooked us a meal at around midnight and they came to look for us once we got lost in Dalyan. Anything we asked for was no problem, and they organized a nice tour for us on the first day. They were always available and made us feel welcome and like at home. The room was relatively small (attic) but cosy and nicely decorated, with well working air conditioning. If we come back to Dalyan, this is the place we want to be.

  Staff were great. Good location 7-10 minutes from the centre of town. Excellent cleaning service- Went home with a suitcase full of freshly laundered clothes! Very Turkish experience, enjoyed a few conversations in broken English with the owner. We have a 2 year old son who they fussed over which meant that we could put our feet up.
