Overall a lovely place to stay, but with reservations. Good location, just 5 minute walk along the river from the town square. Aircon works well, but you need to remove the key from your keyring to keep it & the fridge working when you are out of the room. Location very good. Staff excellent and helpful at all times. Very clean and comfortable rooms...also outside areas. Quiet and relaxing environment. Food excellent value.

It has a fabulous spa. The finished area is lovely. The location next to the river The excellent breckfast. The facillites of the hotel. Design and layout excellent, spa facilities and pools first class. The location, the accommodation, the friendliness of staff. The location was fantastic Staff were really friendly. ligging tov centrum Dalyan, schoon, service, zwembad. Nice view, good location, helpful staff, clean. Nice location and friendly personal. The spa and indoor pool was very nice. The evening meals were very good but only if they do buffet otherwise the options are very limited.Breakfast was also good.The location and parking is very good as it is only a 5min stroll to the shops and restaurants. Nothing. Staff are friendly, but useless if you need help. We needed a local doctor and the staff were unable to assist us at all. The rooms are OK, but as others have commented they are dark. The hotel rooms are still being built, and when finished I suspect the facilities may be crowded at peak times. Disappointed not quite up to 4 star standard..not tea/coffe available in rooms, slippers or robe for spar use! This Hotel is open all year but definitely not designed for wet weather! After a rain storm all outside areas were flooded! Ad no covered walk ways to the restaurant or sufficient outdoor lighting. Nothing we didn't like. can't think of anything. maybe it was hard to see lots of stray dogs and cats. The hotel is still having building work done. Although most of the Hotel is finished and is superb. A new pool and some more accommodation is being built. If you get a room with a terrace looking over the new area your view is of unfinished buildings. The poor lighting in the bathroom and lounge as the downlighters were missing although the wiring was installed for them. Still some building work in progress. nothing. Food is just ok. ontbijt, complex is nog niet afgebouwd, maar over het algemeen prima hotel. Mosquitos, no wifi in the room(some of them), average breakfast. Food services are slow. There was ongoing construction activities, it was dusty and sometimes noisy. The rooms are very poorly lit and the complex at night is dark I had to use a torch to open our door as I could not see the lock. Also if you are afraid of cats it is a problem as they are every where. Hotel is expanding and my room was next to a construction site with all the noise that follows. Small dark rooms, bad view of building works, cramped pool area, lack of sunbeds and shade.
