The helpful and friendly staff. The Hotel is set in the old town a short walk to the Old Harbour. It has Turkish architecture, set in pretty courtyard gardens,with the sound of water from the lovely fountains making a soothing background under the shade of trees necessary during the hot days. This was excellent. The room was clien the breakfast and dinner was good and more than enough. The location of the hotel is perfect. Great facilities (pool, sauna, gym, garden); meals were fine (half board is good value for money); minibar prices at affordable level; good location, close to a small beach. Although arriving at 2 am we recieved a very warm welcome by the nightstaff, includıng the first taste of turkısh morning tea... The view of the window to the old harbour was very facinating, we stayd at the third floor to the inter garden and to the harbour. The shower and the beds are very confortable and the staff daytime were nice. When I ordered the room I asked not to take the price on breakfast because our fly was at 6 o'clock a.m.. They suggested to give lunch boxes because of diabetic but they did'nt give it.Its was wonderful and I am already looking forward to revisit and stayat the Aspen Hotel again. Hotel Location was perfect and the brekfast is more than perfect. It was a little bit difficult to find. There is always place for improvment. I have the following remarks and suggestions for improvment: The aircondition units/cooling units are quite noisy. I would prefer to have carpets in the rooms as it is wintertime. Bigger cups for tea and more hot water (roomservice). Anyway the price/quality ratio was very good. Thanks a lot!. lack of chaise-longues around the swimming pool , some guests occupy them before breakfast and hold them all day long; loud music from disco somewhere in the harbour is playing all night long . Lack of cupboard/draw space.Some rooms face the New part of Antalya, and noise from the Disco which carries on till 3am. every morning is unavoidable. Not the Hotels fault, as they find it most annoying too. The loudness of the open-air-disco in the middle of the old town, every evening, but especially during weekends. Small things. We had the feeling that everything has started to get spoilt, but not yet spoilt. Had some plumbing problems in the bathroom - even though it was fixed quickly, some wierd smell remained. Nearby disco played incredibly loud music on some nights. Strange rule about food and drink not being allowed to be taken into the hotel from outside - was not enforced too strictly tough.Difficult to fınd after midnight because Kaleici (the old town center)has only two accesible gates and lots of little one way streets... Why did they forget to tell to the night staff about the lunch box? It' s very common that the night staff don't get the information they need in their work. This was the third time in Turkey. We cannot trust in future! Because of diabetic and keliaki the situation was very dangerous, in the airport was nothing to eat, no glutenfree food! Without promision we had bought the breakfast.The breakfast was not satisfactory. Food quality was poor. pool area was a bit small. Versy noisy!! could not sleep at night. They are two open air discotheque close to it that work everyday until 3-4 AM!!!. Food. Very bad noise from a disco near the harbor till 3:30 AM. At checkout not correct procedure for payment. Needed to come to airport to collect money. No invoice received. Was forced to pay for the taxi as extra. Very poor organization in this regards. Staff of Aspen Hotel is one of the worst I have ever come across in my history of staying with hotels worldwide. From reception to housekeeping to room service, all individuals were most uncooperative. This attitude of hotel staff made my stay quite miserable and I could have enjoyed my 06 nights stay in Antalya far better if I had choosen some other hotel from your website.Not hot water after 10 pm you shoul request them to switch the heater on and thats take almst 2 hours to have the hoot water.
