It was a really good place near to the center of the city. Owner of the hostel is very nice and friendly. Everything was so comfortable and the hostel is clean all the time. Whenever i will visit Ankara again it is a true statement that i will book this hostel. The Hotel is friendly and cute from outside and inside. The location is excellent and close to the city center, tourist spots and public transportation. The staff are very polite and the do their best to help the guests.
all reviews » Nice beds, nice matrass. The smell of the beds and the room was nice. The garden was nice. The design was good. Though improvals can be made. Maybe a bit more on the walls for atmosphere. I am very satisfied. Staff are friendly. Them that they are happy to help you. I mean, what do you expect for that price? Rooms were clean, shared bathroom not so much. Easy to reach, near metro Kolej. The room and sheets etc were fairly clean. I did not mind sharing a bathroom as I already knew that would be the case. The room is clean and new. But too IKEA. 1. Good facilities 2. Good Location. location. Location. The room had nice decor. They leave you alone. Because I canceled once and reserved again my room, there was a confusion and we could not stay at this hostel on the first reserved night. However, the reception guy (Volcan) provided us a room in another hostel and paid for the taxi which carried us there. I recommend to check your reservation by phone or email prior to your trip. It is sad that the dog was always moaning. and sometimes seem to be beaten up. A little noisy in the evening. Some guests were a bit annoying by making a lot of noise late at night. Only one toilet for one floor. internet connection sometimes is interrupt. There were no lockers, but it felt pretty safe, so this wasn't a big problem. The check out at 10.30 it seems to me too early. There is just one shower per floor, which mean 1 shower each 11¿? people. nothing. 1) lack of slippers in rooms 2) moderate security. no key in the dormitory room. - the bathroom was not extremely clean. Bad directions, we got a little stranded!. there wasnt any place with lock for bags. We booked 3-bed room but when we arrived, staff said 3-bed room is not available. We had to stay in 6-bed room. If they can notify us earlier will be better. Lockers too small to fit large backpacks. not yet. It was little bit smelly. Everything else was good. The breakfast was not very good. Used to prepare breakfast, she sighed, annoyed. Bread was placed in a plastic bag and tossed them. From the next day I did not eat breakfast. If you're 5TL get a little more hearty breakfast treat. I chose this hostel mostly because of its location and that I would check in late, sleep and leave early in the morning. However, I was not really allowed to get much rest as the hostel staff were just outside my room, talking and singing untill wee hours of the morning. The staffs are a little bit cold. 1. Wifi too weak 2. Sell out my room, so I got another type of room. only one shawer facility and 2 toilets. Staff not interested in talking to guests only among themselves no consideration for guests.talking loudly early morning while guests asleep. Sleeping quality is extremely poor due to noise and bad mattress. Toilet/shower facilities were not clean and not fully operational. Having staff sleeping randomly throughout the hostel is very unprofessional. My rommwas next to toilet it was too noisy.
