everything!! beautiful spacious and very well managed villas must stay staff is excellent (lynn, micky, daily room cleaner and the shuttle driver) service is quick (our fridge wasn't working, they arranged a replacement and ice buckets within minutes in villa dining pool and room (including dishes and everything) are cleaned properly everyday MUST MUST STAY. The villa was as described on the website. Liked the privacy of the pool and the villa. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They arranged transport as and when we required it and also provided a phone for our use to phone the transport to pick us up at a time that we dictated. This was a well run organisation.
all reviews » Very big and clean room with a nice private pool, staffs are very friendly. The food tastes good and the charge is fair. The location is a bit far from view points but the resort provide free shuttle and also free to the airport. Very helpful staff. The general manager is very friendly and willing to accommodate our various request. Breakfast is nice and well served in the room. And no need to say the in-room private swimming pool is such a total joy!. the staff are very polite and friendly. the villa is clean and the bathroom is simply amazing. i lliked that the masseur came to the villa to do the massages, so i did not have to venture out. most convenient. They gave us a big gift as honey mooners. One day when calling to book transport, I phoned the owner of Kiri Villas by accident. Got my wrist slapped from the receptionist/manager who then deleted the number from the phone. Would have been better dealt on a one to one basis direct. Was on the naughty step. There is not front desk service after 18:00. A bit too far away from all beaches. We rent a car for it. please add more items to the menu. Nothing. 1- Breakfast options should improve. 2- more facilities should be there at a 5 star resort. I believe this resort can improve alot in terms of the facilities. Price for money is good but they need to improve. There're lots of insects and the food is not very good and there's no variety in choices. Very very bad breakfast but easy to buy as we did with things you like. The light of the bathroom you have to switch on from the living room ??? The villa was the Canal 7. Nothing. The location. Its a very remote area. Highly recommended for those who rented a car. Its far from the restaurant or any other shopping / entertainment locations. The menu was very limited. 5 star villa, but the lobby closed at 7pm. It doesnt make sense. Location is remote. You can catch taxis which can cost a lot ultimately. Car or motorbike hire is best if you've got an extended stay here. Room service hours are limited. - Current Occasionally Goes off for minutes. - There was no water in the middle of the night. Not even able to flush. - After 7 pm, you are on your own. The whole villa is left with guests and Guards who are unable to speak a word of English. - An insecure feeling , as the main door was faulty and was unable to be locked. -. being isolated bad in room breakfast.
