- the reception staff dont know the meaning of customer service mainly the ones working at night. I had very poor customer service. They lack proper training. I liked the security and comfort of the hotel. Very clean , good food and felt safe while I stay there. I like very much the central location and feel that price / quality is okay. Fantastic view from 14.floor. Very nice breafast buffee Large room.
