the localisation is very good, you can go by foot anywhere you want, and if you're feeling lazy you can always take a 10 bath taxibus. The room are clean. The view from the pool/jacuzzi was really nice. You have all the facilities you could need at foot distance (laundromatic, 7Eleven, Massage parlor, bar, evan shopping mall,....) Considering the location of the hotel, it was really quiet, which is nice in the morning.
all reviews » As before stayed here every year i have travelled to Thailand, and find it excellent value for money. My thai girlfriend stayed there with me this year which made it even better. and if the heavy rain stops you going out then theres the Kings Table on the doorstep with lovely friendly staff. theres alsop the laundry, perfectly cleaned and pressed and very cheap.. when in Thailand will always return to Inn House. Really great hotel, I had an unfortunate accident requiring need to return home early and staff were so supportive and helpful from reception to housekeeping to porter. Lovely restaurant and bar attached also friendly. Hotel centrally located from the good shopping malls, 2 mins to beach and walking distance to just about everything. Will be staying there again. Good central location. Good view of river. Goos massage place & restaurant right outside. Guard was very attentive & ensured my motorbike was parked off the main street despite very limited parking space. the room is clean and the bed is comfort roof top pool is so nice during sunset n night time ...can enjoy relax by the pool ,viewing the sunset n night view .. close to the beach, convenient to rent a bike .. The road it is on seems a bit shady and the surroundings are dirty. As the road front of the hotel was small, it was slightly difficult to find on the first instance. Nothing at all. In room 307 are a lot of ants. Slow lift to the 8 th floor but nothing to complain about. pool was small. no breakfest. Beds are old and not good to sleep in. The fact that credit card reader never works hence had to pay cash on both occasions that I had stayed. I recommend the hotel to have some service to regular customer. But no any dislikes about the hotel. Air conditioner a little noisy, a bathtub would be good. loose toilet seats ,slow lift ,restaurant expensive ,small helpings. Big fridge, but no other kitchen equipment, like kettle or coffemaker. This room had no safe. The shower had no water pressure and 30 seconds of hot water was followed by 30 seconds of cold. The price had gone up quite a lot. Some staff care, some couldn't care less. Bed was really hard. No hair conditioner in the room. Ac did not work very well. Swimming pool is tiny and has too much chlorine. Loud. Unfriendly staff. Internet didn t work. Elevator was extremly slow. Expensive for what you get. It was mentionned swimming pool. In fact, it's more a big jaccuzi without bubble. Please, add the size of it in the description. I have stayed there before and paid for the best type of room. It cost more than other hotels I have stayed at in the same area. frankly put the other hotels are significantly better in terms of luxury and facilities. I was expecting the room to be on par but it was just a standard room but a little bit bigger. It wasn't cheap either. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room,pigeon poo on the balcony not cleaned up before I arrived but room cleaner did it next day and noisey air con. internet not good. I have been charged twice for the hotel and after a number of non answered emails I have had to contact my credit card company to get the money back on my behalf. Very poor room cleaning, employees never smile or even say hello except the night front doorman. The additional hidden charges that were told only when we were living in there.. (I am not talking about the stuff in the fridge) All has become very expensive as compared to my previous trip in 2007.. its no more a value for money destination.. And if u want to travel there better travel with lot of money and all 5 star bookings.. So you dont fall into the trap of cheapsters trying to make money at every move you make... Rip-off... I liked nothing about the place. Inn house Hotel insisted I deal with Booking . com if I wanted to check out early. They had my credit card so I paid the extortion fee of thb 9,180 for 2 days to check out. They couldnt find booking, Small bed,dirty sheets and pillowcases. Room stank,bad smells from drain,cleaning lady and hotel aware so moved to top floor under noisy pool pump and pool not much bigger than bath, shower drain blocked flooding bathroom, no hot water over vanity, no coffee or tea facilities not even in lobby. Moved to aa and king bed, hot water,clean, bigger room, 2 big swimming pools etc and half the price. Clean room bad, staff is not friendly, air conditioning does not work well, old plumbing, sewage from smells bad, but as in the whole country, linen changed rarely. I was told that the Hotel is full and that ai can only staybonennight although I had booked it for five nights. I was given a room with dirty bed linen and when I told the receptionist she said it was someone else's room. We had to change rooms. The second room the air conditioner was very noisy and the drain in the shower and sink were blocked. Survived one night but I would not recommend this place.
