The pretty receptionist was very helpful and even loan us her handphone to call our local Thai friends. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Location was good. It's at the end of a dead end road and the room is not noisy at night. The bed is very comfortable and we all had a great time with Chada Thai House. Will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Pattaya. If you don't care stars this is a very good one to stay. I have stayed a lot of 3 starts hotel before, this hotel was better then most of them. Nice new building, close to main street and shopping mall, 1.1 km from walking street, you can walk in 10-15 minutes or catch a moto-taxi and go in 1 minute. Very friendly and helpful staff.
all reviews » Chada Thai house is very central to all shopping and restrantants. Hidden nicely at the end of soi 14 giving it a nice position and very quiet. Wifi was excelent. It was a good place to stay and everyday you know it would be clean and the staff spoke good English so there was no problems. 3+ stars 100% Very clean. Friendly staff. Down town. Quiet place. But all the country smells bad anyway :-). Tv reception was a little poor. Plenty of channels to chose from but bad picture. I thing they could of had a swimming pool for the price you paid if you had been walking around all day just to cool off. Had a small problem with choosing water temperature. Bad smell from the toilet once. you can hear the sound of music from nearby bars, but this is pattaya ;). the neighbours property was scruffy and litter outside hotel in street. No room service or any pool or any facilities but you get what you pay for ! Good basic room with balcony & city view !. Nothing ;). The room 201 got bad smell from the pipe. Very low water pressure making it hard to get a good shower although it was only on the 4 floor. Mix of cold and warm not satisfactory. 2 staff very bed. 3% extra charge on credit card no safe in the room. Just a drawer with a cheap look. staff not so patient; too many mosquitoes. Limited breakfast menu. Somewhat overpriced. Internet & TV was very poor. The bathroom stinks in the 2nd floor. After our complaint, the staff change us to the 6th floor, which the bathroom does not stink.
