I liked everything, all new furniture and TV, the bed is awesome and the rooms are super clean, everyday. Staff and management are fantastic and very helpful. only a short walk 30 metres to the transport and very close to the beach and the bars. I will be back here next time i go to Pattaya. Never stayed in a better 3 star more like 5 star. Nothing bad to say. Couldnt fault the place the owner Mike and his wife were especially helpful and couldnt fault the guy ..a first class bloke who would go out of his way to help his guests in any way he could.
