Room was spacious and very clean. We took the deluxe studio wif balcony room for 4 nites. Kitchenette was marvelous and let us do our own cooking. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels given everyday. Restaurant downstairs is great too...Close to 7eleven, family marts, massage parlour, and short walk to jungceylon and bangla st. Nice place to stay. Comfy and clean room. Lots of TV channels, good location for shopping and not far from the beach, Restaurant & Clubs. Excellent value for money. well maintained in short capacity of area, the staff were all very kind and helpful, good balcony. Good to stay with Friends.

Comfy and clean room with great view by the window. Have a nice restaurant on it with delicious food. It was worth the price (since we got 73% promo discount). hotel position,cheap rooms,balcony,large room,. Perfect. The hotel does not have elevator. We were on 3rd floor so going up and down was tedious. Cant imagine if we brought huge luggages, elderly or young kids... The route to Jungceylon was under construction so the 15mins walk to Jungceylon was tedious as we tried to avoid mud and traffic...Hard to ask help from front desk if they dont know English.. ongoing contruction on street to upgrade was a trouble one night but looks like work is finished. The reception is still under construction. construction on main street in patong city. We could not get a room untill 8 pm, because someone was still living in it.Finally we got a room but it was not a room what we booked for 3 people.the child was sleeping in a kitchen on a rollerway bed.it is ok for one night but not for holidays. location - road construction. main road construction, friendly staff but don't speak English well.... so far so good. Little far from the beach though, but it's okay. The perks is you'll have quite and nice sleep because it's far from the night crowd party. bad smell from the toilet,tv chanel doen't work well,mattress to hard. Location is a bit far from Patong Beach. The room was invested with ants, letsbookhotel.com did not make us aware of all the building work outside. Every day and night was a mission to get across big holes in the ground rainey season didn't help when we were covered in cement and dirt. Their was a tractor outside which was inches away from hitting me up the face and u tripped on building materials and ripped open my leg. Pictures to follow.
