Absolutely satisfied with everything, enjoyed every single day of my stay there! Hotel is perfectly located in a cul-de sac, not more than 100 meters from the beach. Hundreds of eateries all around the place; convenience store, Starbucks at the next corner of the beach road. Walking distance to Bangla road nightlife, as well as to the Jungceylon mall. all reviews » A huge thank you to Claudio and his team for making our stay so enjoyable, we intitiallly booked for three nights but ended up staying for six. Room was small but was clean and had everything you needed such as air con and neat bathroom with clean sheets and towels daily. The hotel is at the back of a small side street, literally 100 meters from Patong beach. You can walk to Bangla Rd and all the great places to eat and go out in less than 10 mins so no need for a tuk tuk. Great value for money. They allowed us for an early check in and our room got upgraded for a deluxe room because they are not full or it is not peak season. The owner is very friendly and the staff are very helpful. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable and it is very near to the beach and restaurants yet quiet at night for us to sleep and relax. Highly recommended! We will stay here next time. location is quite convenient.very short distance to go to beach. No language barrier as the manager is western. beach towel are offered when u need (actually,they always ask if u need when u walk thru the lobby). U can find out restaurants, travel agency ,small convenience shop etc in the same alley. just 2 min from the beach,nice staff and very clean room. When i booked i knew there were no elevator. the rooms (standard room) can be a little bit small but it has everything in side it. No,elevator. The room are little bit small and have no elevator. The fact that there was not an elevator (the room was at the 4th floor and at the time we really hated our heavy luggage) plus the staiwairs were quite narrow. I had the standard room,it could be a little bit small but everthing inside it worked fine... being at the fourth floor was little bit hard cause no elevator. The lack of elevator can be a problem. Room little bit small. Beiing in the 4th floor was a bit hectic since there is no elevator but it wasnt that bad. no lift. Nothing actually. Toilet blocks way too easily, no lift. The beds are a little bit hard and the pillows are awful!. Nothing. First floor rooms seem to be smelly as there is lack of natural ventilation and sun light due to the big wall infront of the windows. Ask for top floors. If paying by card, they charge extra percentage. Nothing. no lift... The hotel premises is small. Not much to do in hotel other than sleep, but you won't need to spend time in hotel because of awesome night life near that area. Location could've been a bit better, would have preferred a bit more closer to Bangla road. But there hotels are costlier. no elevator. its ok. Mosquitoes in the room. Check in time is 2 pm and we only managed get our rooms after 3 pm. Additional bed in the room is the existing sofa bed. You pay 300 baht per night for the bedsheets, pillow and blanket. small room and bathroom. -Bite by unknown insects at night -No escalator.
