it's a really nice place. clean and cheap with a great pool & big bathroom! - small street markets just behind the hotel. - its a side street so you are really close to everything (food, drink, hairdresser & shops) and yet you can't hear loud music or many cars! - The pool divided into two so there is one normal swimming pool and attached to that is the children's pool :) - wi-fi is good. didn't have any problems with it. - air conditioning works well.

Free internet available in the room. I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival and they met my requests for adjoining rooms. The staff were amazing -so helpful. The rooms were lovely, massive,very clean and the air con worked so well! The pool was cool and there is a free pool table to use in the lobby. It's 5 minutes from the beach and 15 from bangla road but it quite. The kindness of the staff, location (super with amazing views) good connections for transports. The hotel was quiet, the swimming pool was great, everything was kept clean, and the location was good. The breakfast was terrible, buffet style and not worth the money. Walk 5 minutes from the hotel to one of the many restaurants for a much better breakfast. The balcony is horrible looking over the tiny space between you and the next hotel, and is boiling hot as the air con unit is positioned on the floor. Also there is only 1 chair?. It was difficult to find and tea and coffee facilities would have been great!. no gym at hotel. Got a room with a double bed even though a twin room was booked. Wifi was not great. Was told at check out we had to pay for things taken from the mini bar even though nothing was taken out. Balcony over looked another rooms balcony so had to close curtains at all times. Room could do with a paint job. Restaurant often ran out of things. No beach towels available. Location is a bit far from the city centre & major attractions. Nothing to do with staff or hotel but other guests smoking and drinking in the pool and acting like idiots made it uncomfortable for us and other guests. Nothing. Nothing. Patong. I had to pay for drinking water for the room. WiFi was not good But free. No negatives. Cigarette in the bathroom. Bathroom stunk of cigarette. communication. Beds are so hard, pillows are to large and uncomfortable - we ended up purchasing our own pillow, breakfast only three choices - Toast and jam, bacon & eggs, coffee and juice for the American breakfast, continental breakfst was the same minus the bacon and eggs but you got corn flakes instead. And then third choice was a Thai breakfast. The reconstruction after the tsunami is rather uncharming as the buildings obviously are rebuilt following the same concept. Floor is dirty with a lot of sands, we have to wear shoes in rooms. Beds. The receptionist was very rude as soon as we got there. She was not interested in showing us the rooms. When we saw them, they are very poor, very dim, and there is no view at all. The wifi was not working. We just paid for 1 night because we had made an online reservation and left right away. In conclusion, a terrible "hotel.".
