Stayed for very very comfortable 6 nights! Unlike other reviews, location was not too bad. Yes there's construction ongoing along the road to Jungceylon but if you dont wanna walk along the road you can always take the hotel shuttle which operates 4 times daily. Room is cosy and quiet once all doors and windows were closed. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was quite well spread considering the small size of the hotel restaurant. Pool clean and well kept.
all reviews » The hotel was quite new and cleanliness was excellent. Friendly staffs whom nevers fails to greet me when they see me. Buffet breakfast was also nice. Free wifi provided. Shuttle to Patong beach made it convenient. Spacious rooms. - Room was nice and vast - Good and big swimming pool - Good breakfast including variety of food options - nice lobby - Perfect location which is almost 15 minutes walking distance from Patong beach and Bangla road. They upgraded us to the better room and decorated our bed with flowers because i mentioned that this is our honeymoon. Friendly staff. Value for money. Washing machine in the room. Swimming pool on the roof. Very good rooms, with generous size..Economical & very good location, Breakfast was excellent, & the staff were very good.. I would recommend this hotel to others, & also come back to stay. Most of all the services were excellent...especially the morning breakfast it was superb...I Like it...But it would me more great if there were a halal food for Muslim eaters..(breakfast). Clean. Value for money. Room was spacious enough. Located behind the hustle and bustle of Patong, yet not too far from all the shopping and restaurants. Rent a bike, it's worthwhile. Staff was amazing polite and friendly and helpful, room was always cleaned, a great appreciation goes to the housekeeper who worked on the 5th floor. Our street had stalls on bikes wich we appreciate greatly and love. Hotel is quite near to Jungceylon and many other shops. We booked a suite with 2 bedrooms. It was very spacious and comfortable. We had a big living room space for us to gather around discussing about our trip to-do list. location was good, it was quiet, dining room staff(we only had breakfast) were efficient and polite. washer dryer in room was great for a 10 day stay. friendly staff, nice swiming pool. spacious modern rooms. The room was clean and confortable. Room as same as pic on website. courteous staff. Room size was good and big to accommodate a small family with kids. Good value for money. Room view - our balcony was facing another hotel's room balconies... Which meant we had to keep our balcony curtains closed most of the time. Internet not very stable but still quite alright. It would have been better if it was nearer to the beach though shuttle was provided but shuttle every 4 hrs is too long of an interval. Balcony was very small. - Staff were rude in the beginning - Most taxis don't know the hotel, it take them time to recognize the name of the hotel. Far from the beach. In the city (no privacy, not very quite place). To garden or hotel space outside the hotel. The 1st thing that I don't like...is the room view ( room 703 ) Other then that everything was good... No tissue paper in the room. Only Superior Rooms have Balconies, meaning even if you gone for a more premium or bigger room you are not getting a balcony. A little too far from the beach and not many places to eat, drink around. Nothing really!. Breakfast was pretty basic they could maybe have bacon on the menu to make it a little more interesting. Not Applicable. Lift spoil everyday. Not good for elders who have to walk up eight floors. Hotel only gave one card to each room. So no way of keeping the room cold when we're out the whole day in the sun. Pool is too small even though at the rooftop. Closes early too. We dont really like the breakfast. And though it's patong area its actually quite a distance from the crowd. Room had damp musty smell not over powering but noticeable, needed to be a little more thorough with cleaning--under beds etc , no dish cloth ,tea towel, or sharp knife provided in kitchenette, house keeping, dining room and security staff were very nice-- reception staff could remember a smile or nod make all the difference. quite far from beach and the attractions, shuttle bus only operates 4 times a day. The area were the hotel is located is not that ok, due to the fact that you need to walk to the beach and there are no sidewalk's. Some staff are impolite, especially the cook who's serves in the breakfast. location is out of the way. infra-structure works nearby made walking unpleasant. Location is a bit far from the beach. The area where hotel is situated is not upscale. MUST have a rent a car or rented bike if one wishes to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is just average. bad service high price very bad location. location, poor service and staff, poor wifi/internet connection, distand and bad location - rate like average 2-3 star hotel not more.
