Really superb we enjoy it...rooms are very big spacious...great shower room. Value for money...less than 5 mins walk for bang low street...patong beach...convenient for everything & nightlife... Friendly staff. Spacious room. The hotel us near to halal restaurant, and near to the beach too. Appreciate the staff who provide fast assistance to fix the aircond and other matters as well.

Location. well i booked 1 quad and 1 double bed rooms thru letsbookhotel.com but at the arrival they upgraded me to 2 quad's room's.thanks alot to u guys,area is good 15 mins walk from beach and 5 mins walk from the main patong street full of stall's and lots of restaurant's.not too far from bangla like about 15 mins walk from this hotel,break fast was reasonable in this price,if u want to explore whole phuket ' its better to take a bike or a car on rent so u can reach every where easily and can go anyti. Good Location, just a stone away to the beach and and big shopping mall and shops nearby. Room was big with 2 queen size bed. They had a room for four guests. Family room are spacious. Need wifi facilities at the room as well...any how we understand rooms rates are cheaper than others. They can charge for it per day basis. First day when we enter the room we can feel the sand/dust on the floor, but the next day the room service has cleaned the floor thoroughly. nothing much. No tea/Coffee arrangement in room. Staff took advantage on tip (100% on item's price) while showing friendly face. It is a little noisy when night is coming.But if u come back very tired,it is OK. Can get noisy at night. Not good for light sleepers. I inform them ,we gonna pay after arrival but they charged earlier on my credit card. swimming pool was out of use. The small bars in the alley way went to the early hours of the morning and occasionally you could hear them. Bed was a little hard, but that's my only complaint. No awimming pool. The gym was over crowded with many apparatus. The different buildings being apart preseted lack of security. At night, a bit noisy from activities in the courtyard coming from the stalls. not close to seabeach.not ideal for people who dont enjoy walking. Smell in bedroom after used closed... No comment. There was supposed to be a rooftop pool on 7th floor but it was closed for renovation...too bad since we picked this guest house because we wanted a pool. The stuff is sometimes very busy, checking out took almost 10 minutes. For a Guest House it's a little overpriced in my opinion. the pool was closed in my block of units. The bed was very very hard and during the morning a lot of sun light enter in the room and sometimes it is impossible to sleep. No wifi in the room There was no shower tray and you wet all the floor. Nothing much to dislike, everything was just fine. there is wifi ONLY at the lobby. the bed was kind of broken. Reception staff was rude and indifferent when we arrived. They did not understand or pretended not to understand English which was surprising. Toilet taps and flush constantly leaked and even after complaint no one bothered to rectify it. Poor customer service overall. Far too noisy at nights - bars right below the hotel!. Just near to street pub with girls singing dan dancing all night long. Loud music till 3-4am. Not suitable for family man with small kids.....a lot of explanation time to my kids regarding the girls attitude and dressing. Pool. No wifi. the bathroom too small and not clean enouggh. the staff unfriendly, the bathroom too small dan not clean enough. so noisy, if i',m not with my friends in the room, i can not turn on the light till my friend come back.. bathroom not clean enough. Staff were not very hel. no wifi in rooms,some times bit noisy at night as there are alot of pubs in this area but believe me u will not get bore'd in this hotel or in this area ,and above all is the bathroom size and design which me and whole family did not like'd at all . washroom's should be upgraded not,but i think for phuket this kinda washrooms are ok . Unfriendly staff, sometime rude, specially the lady in the reception, very noisy in the night, due to bars in the street. It was a spring bed and too old. Bathroom flash tank was not working and inspite of complaining no body came to repair. Far from night life street. The bathroom had poor water flow. The floor was flooded after shower. Our things were stolen, a watch and my iphone earpiece, and we know it was during the house keeping. It is near 10 to 15 bars very loud at night sometimes even until 5 am. Very difficult to walk around with family cause the bar girls shout and call you even if you are with you wife.
