It was one of the best hotels I stayed in all my trips. Amazing views very nice room clean and comfort. Staff very friendly. The beach is amazing and the Jacuzzi in the balcony is amazing. Food is nice and good variety and the Italian Restaurant is very good. With a special thanks to the front desk manager and employes for the very nice service during the check out and check in and during the stay in the hotel.

Excellent food, spacious, lovely room, very good shuttle service to the main sites and attractions of the island. You're far away from the crowded areas of the island, very peaceful and...excellent spa at reasonable prices!. we loved concept of rooms excellent. we stayed at cape suit. jakuzi on the balcony was so enjoyable when you're looking great ocean view. listening great live music is possible when you're having in the andaman bar. I'm offering you to have thai massage at the spa building. Our third time to stay there - a great place. Cape Suite big and very comfortable, hot tub on the big balcony a plus. Away from the centre but not isolated (shuttle bus to village, hotel bus to various places). Great breakfast spread. 1. Private beach with excellent facilities and staff/service. 2. Excellent choice of restaurants. 3. Extremely comfortable and relaxing. 4. We have previously visited this hotel 8 times and look forward to the next one. A nice quiet spot within Phuket with everything you need at your fingertips. I enjoyed all the facilities and the quiet, private beach. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very hospitable, catering to needs of visitors. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The Private Beach is beautiful and not crowded. A nice place for relaxation. Free shuttle bus service down the hill to the restaurants, shops etc... Excellent location- very close to the beach and pool villa was good. Can fishing a lot of fishes. Nothing didn't like. Every thing was amazing. The equipment of the gym kind of old, and air conditioning blowing colda air straight on your back while you're on the trademill...not the best thing! Also, the restaurant by the beach, whe you would have lunch, has a really slow service, and not a great variety of food (but all the other restaurants are great!). Also, some sunbeds and sun umbrellas would need ...be changed with brand new ones. However, these are really minor issues in the whole picture. beach was sometimes polluted after the storm. the hotel staff should work to make beach clean. Hotel restaurants a bit pricey though good. (You don't need to eat there all the time, there are options in the villages.). Whilst this is a beautiful hotel and is frequented by Thai royalty and movie stars from all over the world, it is becoming rather expensive and food and drinks are not cheap. I f you ate or bought anything in the hotel there was an extra 17% placed on top of prices quoted due to service charges and taxes. This was unknown to us at first and I think should be included on menu prices etc,. Wi-fi was free in public areas, but was poor reception. Wi-fi in bedrooms could be purchased for 250 Bhat for 24 hours. The exterior need some renovation. One of the beach bar female staff is quite rude. I guess she prefers westerners that asians :(. Restaurant service a bit slow at times. Staff could be more attentive. The food is not enough customised for foreign tourists. Dated internet system. Should be included in the price of the room. It took 55 Minutes to get checked into room, because they said letsbookhotel.com reservation did not come through to the front desk staff. We have a 4 month old baby that needed feeding and they put us in an office with little privacy. Food options and lack of knowlege of English by half of the staff. The staff weren't particularly attentive at reception, the main dining area, or the beach activities office. Certain areas of the hotel were 'tired' and in need of some attention. Airconditioning in the villa rooms did not work properly and bathrooms had fishy smell. Food choice is poor.
