We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were exceptional - especially Issa in the restaurant and the reception team (my kids fell in love with the team who were so kind and friendly). Hotel was lovely - small and intimate - rooms were great and the gardens really well tended. Pool great for kids and the hotel is right on the beach - which was lovely too. The beach has no sunbeds which is rare these days in popular Thai beaches and great places for massage (300 baht per hour) and food al.
all reviews » The staff is friendly and helpful,but only few can speak enflish at descent level. The rooms are spacious and looks nice. Cleaning done at daily basis. Wifi all over the hotel can handle streaming videos. Pools working 7/24. If you wanna have some un time there better rent a car or scooter at rhe beginning of your stay, cause in the vicinity there is only 3 hotels and like 10 shops and couple of bars, cafes. Can be slightly off major city but great if you want a quiet place to chill in. The breakfast selection is quite limited. Nameplate at Entrance too small Beach and strong wave. Limited tea and coffee in room. But thats the same everywhere in Thailand. The cleaning room was only making the bed, and leaving towels; they didn't clean anything ( no bathroom, no floor). Lack of hot water for three of four days - there was a pump breakdown they could not fix. After several complaints we managed to get the discount for the whole stay. Construction works were performed on the way down to the beach, so view from the beach chairs was not so pretty. Our feeling was that most of resort staff is not customer oriented - they rather brush you off than try to help and resolve the issue. - This hotel is lost without anything arround (only people trying to sell stuff and day-trek). - We had a view on the pool, but a private pool. The real one was far (not very but still). - Staff is trying to sell his trek, day trip or transport (example : not possible to use with other person the airport transfert with a realistic cost). - We thought it was a closer place to phang Nga than Phuket but as far as the other.
