We stayed in Artem's Guesthouse in mid-July 2013. A good hotel and it's well worth the money they charge. It is very well located close to the Jomtien beach and the sea which was very convenient for our kids. Spacious rooms with two big beds and a sofa was a plus. Thank you so much to Vika who was always very helpful and friendly! We would recommend this guesthouse to those travelling to Pattaya.
