Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the resort has two main areas on the different sides of the road. Putahracsa consists of two areas; Sandside & Beachside; divided by a local road. All guests who stay at Sandside; including Siksand, Sansky Urban & Sansky Deluxe Rooms; breakfast is provided at Ob-Oon restaurant. However; guests can have access by crossing the local road in order to enjoy lunch/dinner at Oceanside Beach Club & Restaurant as well. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Failure to present the original credit card will lead to the cancellation of the credit card payment and a new payment will be made to validate your reservation at the front desk.

Room rates on 31 December include tax, service charge and New Year Eve's gala dinner for 2 adults (there's an additional cost for children from 4 to 12 years).
