The staffs are friendly and considerate. Every staffs there are polite, helpful and efficient. The environment is good with a beautiful long beach just in front of the hotel. It is clean and tidy too. The rooms are clean and tidy too. The housekeeping will be done twice a day and the welcoming fruit set is just gorgeous. The room is very comfortable. We have tried the Premier room and the Pool villa. Both are excellent, in terms of comfort, cleaniness and decoration. The location is excelle.

Even though the hotel is in a busy district, it is still very peaceful inside. It is a relaxation spa resort, I don't need tennis court and game centre, right? And there are many other facilities just in a few minutes' drive. A bit pricy for a hotel in Thailand as the price is in the same price range as 5 stars hotel in most European countries. Hotel breakfast offers wide range of selections, however, most of them aren't good. Skipping the hotel breakfast and eating outside would be a better idea. Mixed up some breakfast room service orders, but besides that we had a spotless, satisfying stay. Breakfast needs to be improved. Fresh squeezed juice is almost a standard in asian country resorts. Would expect that from resort of this standard. Bathroom lighting definitely needs a fix. Too dim, and no lighting for vanity use. The only thing that was not perfect is the distance(2 km) to the centre of Hua Hin. Nothing really. For a resort, it was relitavely small compared to other resorts in other parts of Thailand. The fusion dinner - Thai and Italian - offered on the day of our arrival, Thursday, was poor value for the price: 1,400 baht. Thought the spa was excellent but a little pricey. Attention-no attention paid on arrival. Nothing. mosquitoes and insects. Value for money the staff does not speak in Russian. Slow and unstable wifi connection. Food in restaurants too expensive. We were treated as second class guests due to using letsbookhotel.com After we had trouble with our room type, the staff avoided us. They attempted to reconcile with a piece of cake and a bottle of sparkling wine, of which the wine was not included. The room smelled like body odor and the food at the hotel was way below par. We will not be visiting this hotel ever again.
