The annex rooms are brand new and spotless though a little spartan. The balcony provides a view over the rooftops to the distant hills (4th floor). Next to the night market with its good selection of restaurants. A ten minute stroll to the beach. Mini buses to Victory Monument (for the BTS) in Bangkok and elsewhere leave from next door ( 180 baht,2 & 1/2 hours).

The manager was excellent at this hotel. He was friendly and helpful. He couldn't do enough for us. Our room was spacious. The bed was very wide and comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Great view from our balcony on the seventh floor. Large TV with lots of channels to choose from. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment on food. Very good location. Walking to market 2 min. to beach 10 min. Rooms in orange house at the 6 or 7 floor ok. Good view. Standard breakfast 125.- bath ok. Staff frendly and helpfull. Pool small but ok. I think for this money one of the best in Hua Hin. Very friendly staff, showed and described all location near, gave us little kettle for make hot water when we need it. Location and the price very nice too. The location was perfect to the night markets and food. taxi service just out side the door. Staff and owner amazing and very helpful. Very close to the Night Market and all attractions. Great for one night gap in our holiday plans. The rooms were large and clean. Very good hotel big rooms. Convenient location. The roommate was cheap so I didn't have big expectations, average ok to stop for 1, maximum 2 nights on the way to more interesting parts of Thailand. Apart from the manager who was excellent, some of the staff lacked enthusiasm and only had a basic command of English. The manager could do with a better team behind him. Also you couldn't phone out from your room. You had to use the hotel reception to make calls. Nothing. Not very good cleaning room. This was important for our young child. It was all fine but lacked some toiletries. Nothing. Linen & drapes looking tired. Towels seemed to be very old, hotel located close to train station but quite far to the beach so you need a scooter. breakfast not available. Although good value for money soft furnishings had seen better days. There was from time to time an annoying noise in our room coming from the central AC system. The small swimming pool is not that attractive. invisible staff -. Don't have small kettle. Not clean. If cleaner had got any later we would have been in bed,when she did arrive lots of things missed.paid to much for what we got.
