The owner was very good and always had a smile and asked if we were ok.
I made a mistake and booked the night before ( take care when booking
having had some Chang! ) but he was ok and sorted us with a laugh and a
joke. Quiet part which is close enough to walk to the busy beach parties
but far enough away that you are not bothered by the fallout. A nice
place to stay.
The best part is the bed and pillows, some of the best I had the chance
to experience.

Bad location - 10 minute walk from Haad Rin Nok which is the
center of things
Poor shower stream
Next to sunset beach so the ocean can make a lot of noise being so close to it in times of tides/lows/monsoons
Highly priced especially if you book in advance
Bottom line - there are far better places to go to.
Black and white guesthouse was priced far to high as far as value for money went, there was much better hotels for cheaper rates plus no pool and the beach was filthy and unswimable. Wouldn't recommend it.
