1. the ground is really nice. with the lake and rather green surroundings nearby the hotel. 2. breakfast is very nice, although quality is not top notch (coffee is instant), but the variety is very good and again the setting is beautiful 3. hotel staff are helpful and extremely courteous. super friendly and helpful staff. very comfortable rooms and best beds so far in thailand. very clean. breakfast included which is a plus if you don't expect a gourmet breakfast. all in all good hotel with a few downsides.

The room we had was very comfortable with a nice balcony which looked onto the pond and restaurant outside. It was very quite there which was perfect to relax. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The surroundings are very well kept and beautifully presented. It was a really quiet place to stay. I like the room is quite big and clean, the price is cheap and most important is the resort has massage service that I like it very much. nice room.comfortable,hotel is located out of the town,breakfast is included. I would have liked to have had satellite TV or even one channel in English. Other than that tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms (especially for westerners) would have made a huge difference. not easy to get public transportation. The cold breakfast-Food cooked early in the morning and when we went for breakfast at about 9am all the food that was supposed to be hot was cold, this was despite a number of the waitresses having the time to play on their mobile phones. I do plan on visiting the same hotel again but I will insist on the breakfast staff cooking me fresh eggs bacon and sausages. The walls from the rooms were very thin, so we heard everything from our neighbours. not much information for touring access to Golden triangle, etc. Pretty new hotel with youth staff and they all speak English very bad. Breakfast really very poor, every day was worse. They really need to improve both. In the room are very slipery floor, mostly in shower. Second time I have stayed at this hotel but despite arriving for breakfast 30 minutes early the eggs sausages and ham were stone cold the same as last time I tried explaining this to reception staff but they did not understand me. Slight distance to town. TV not working well. Shower drainage blocked. Shower flow is not strong, and it takes more time to bath. A bit far from city. Staff speak no English - communication was huge problem No swimming pool for the heat Breakfast was far below standard - cold food and limited menu Do not cater for vegetarians Poor shuttle service No tour desk or info centre. the shower has a slight flooding problem. Poor staff, far from the center, disgusting breakfast.
