The hotel reserves the right to preauthorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged THB 400 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
7.00 % VAT is included.
10.00 % service charge per room per night is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
