The staff and manager were all very friendly and helpful. The manager always took time to stop and chat to us and all of the staff always had smiles when you were around. The standard room which I stayed in was great value for money. It was kept very clean with fresh towels and linen daily. The private beach area was lovely such a beautiful cove with clear water lots of fish to look at and great for relaxing all in all would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely be returning agai.

Quiet area with 20 minutes walk to Chaweng center. Atm, travel agencies, supermarket, internet, restaurants are nearby. Fully recommended!. Great hotel manager who upgraded our room. Pool out for refurb but was warned on hotel website and hotel laid on transport to nearby hotel pool so not a real issue,. No wifi in our room. If your room were closer to the pool/reception area though you'd be sweet. It was a problem with electricity, our socket was broken with Iphone charger, and hotel refused to compensate broken charger. Aircon in the room was way too loud. Event though Thailand is still pretty cheap, prices on Samui are getting more and more european every year. Red car drivers are trying to rob you every single time. Beds Uncomfortable Breakfast was poor. loaction too far to city And the shutter van go to others near restaurant have to pay the highers charges. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed for refurbishment! No apology. Staff were rude and very unhelpful! Too far from main town had to get a bus/taxi although not too expensive! Would not stay here again. Overpriced. Staff were not helpful and manager was defensive and rude. Rooms kept opening throughout the night, unsure what the cause was. Wifi was only available in lobby and was very slow. Breakfast was also overpriced. The location was not as close to Chaweng beach, as advertised. I don't recommend this hotel. The staff were rude. The rooms had no windows and were like cells. On complaining, they were only interested in me 'up-grading' ie paying even more. They had no idea of customer service. The position of the hotel was really poor and there was nothing really to recommend it. I had a very unpleasant stay and would never return.
