I spent with my wife 5 nights in this hotel in Nov 2013. Hotel is quite new and really worth recommendation.
I am able to list only adventages.
Staff is very helpfull (they can arrange you taxi or tuk tuk without any extra fee) and friendly as well. Hotel restaurant / caffe offers good breakfast (you can choose one of 5 sets - ofcourse beverages included :)). In the close area especially in the afternoon you can also find few street food spots and two 7 Eleven shops.

The Warehouse is a great bargain that provides all the necessary amenities. The room was perfectly adequate, the staff outstanding (except for one young man who didn't arrange for our metered-taxi one morning), and although the location is a bit off the beaten track and definitely not upscale, we loved being part of an authentic Thai neighborhood. We definitely would stay here again. The young woman at the front desk evenings was lovely and helpful in every way! Let's not forget the elevato.
My wife and myself stayed here for the 1st night of a round trip of
Thailand, and found the hotel to be very good. The design is simply
simple, but it works, for me anyway. The room was spacious, and the bed
was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the menu was good
with fair prices. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Khaosan Rd,
which was one of the places we wanted to visit, also lots of other
tourist sites like Grand Palace & others close by, so good for
location. They onl.
It is an unusual hotel in its design which makes it an interesting place to stay.
It is very central for various sightseeing places including the Grand Palace which is a maximum of 10 mins walk away.
There is a cafe at the bottom of the hotel which is convenient for snacks and drinks and they offer free wifi there.
The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful giving us recommendations and suggestions of where to go and helping us to travel around.
Great design, really cool interior. Beds were really comfy. Nice extra touches in the room including a torch (?!). Aircon was much appreciated. Shower was great! Staff were helpful and gave us a large map of the route to the tourist destinations we wanted to see. Allowed us to store luggage both on arrival (turned up really early) and after check out (waiting for our flights). Happy to call taxis for us to make sure that we weren't ripped off.
The hotel is located close to all the main activities but still remot eanogh to avoid all rhe noise and have a good night sleep. the staff was lovely and very helpful! The room was tidy and clean. Brakefast was good and you can even take away on the morning you leave (of you leave early). I was surprised how good the wifi was!.
The rooms are great, spacious, very modern, very comfortable, great shower, quiet in the back rooms. Delicious breakfast. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful, they know the area very well, book taxis for u, all the services.

The best location in Old Town if you are equal walking distance to all on that side of the city. The people at the desk were super helpful in every way. They checked internet for me on events to be sure I went to the right place at the right time, grabbed taxi's etc.
The staff are excellent and go out of their way to help. The design is modern crisp clean and comfortable. This is my second year staying here for these reasons. And I love the location between Wat Po, the Grand Palace and Khao San's scene within walking distance.
Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful - it was awesome that they offered to get us cabs and recommended some good places. Location is fairly central and 5 minutes walk to Khau San market. The Thai food at the hotel was excellent !.
I loved the boutique vibe of this hotel. It was so fresh and funky for the price. The daily breakfast available was great, particularly the Pan Eggs... YUM

It's no-frills hotel with a friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and everything just works, including the airco. If you spend most of the time visiting Bangkok then this is perfect.
This is an excellent well-designed new hotel with an industrial theme. The cafe was excellent with an overwhelming choice for breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean and came with all the essentials. It's a gem in a chaotic part of Bangkok.
Design good, good location for main attractions in the old town every
thing in walking distance, good value for money, staff very helpful
giving advise on tuk tuk, taxi cost to locations and what, how to visit.
We loved the central position (closed both to main attractions and night
life road) and its personal design. They provide also very good
breakfast and the staff is always available, smiling and protective.

I liked the fact that the staff were friendly, informative and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The Forklift cafe was great . I also loved the location.
The design of the building was interesting, built to look like a
warehouse with exposing pipes and concrete walls and floors, but very
contemporary and clean and comfortable.
The cleanliness is very good, and it's nearby the hottest nightlife are in BKK, around 10 mins walking so there won't be as noisy as the exact nightlife area.
The stuffs are all really helpful. My bf got bad stomach and they were looking for hospitals for us and arranging other possible ways to help him feel better.
Very nice design and very clean with spaceous rooms. Location reasonably close to the big budda and royal palace, although for a walk I think a bit to far.

Every once in a while, the wifi was a bit sketchy. That's not much of a criticism, given all the positives.
Although it is a great location for sightseeing the hotel seems to be in a more residential area than some of the other hotels so it lets you see the streets of Bangkok and there are some interesting shops and eateries but it can make you feel a little uneasy as a tourist.
Shame that the rooftop wasn't open when we were there.
The only bad thing I can think of is that you wouldn't want to go alon in that street in the midle of the night...
First impression was a prison cell-raw grey concrete walls, floors and ceiling. With wood pallet furniture. But everything was extremely clean and everything worked so I did not care about the look.
AC in the room takes some time to get going - this can be a dampner when coming back from the oppresive Bangkok heat.
The neighborhood of Boonsiri is slightly shady at night and I always got a taxi back to the hotel as I was traveling alone.
Bar closed too early.
The design itself sometimes is not so useful, especially in the bathroom
where spaces are not so well organised.
We were ripped off at the airport and paid 1,800 baht to get to the hotel only to find at the reception that they offer a taxi service to the airport for only 400 baht. I think this should be added to their website to inform future customers.

Hotel situated in Old Bangkok, which was close to many attractions but
streets were very dirty and smelly!.
There are some staffs there is not very good, they keep giving us wrong info regarding places of interest. But there are one guy is very kind, he is helpful.
