Staff was just great!!! They were very helpful with information about getting around Bangkok and provided a good map of the immediate area. WiFi worked very well, unlike a few other places I stayed. They can lock up your luggage if you need to store it for a few hours after checking out. The individual cabins are great. Fit my ideal image of a hostel. all reviews » from the moment i stepped my foot inside suneta hostel, it was an amazing experience, friendly staff, helpful as well, met alot of people during my 3 night stay, loved it! would totally go back over and over again, even if i'm traveling with friends, 2 min walk from kao san road, near to all the sightseeing areas (grand palace, and alot of temples), would recommend it to everyone (noone should miss that hostel). The design of the hotel is well stylish both outside and inside the room. The room is new and clean. I like how they organized my 6 bed dorm room because I could have my private zone even though there were 5 more females in the room. It's very close to Kaosan rd., staffs are very friendly, I had a good sleep while staying there. I love Suneta and I will definitely go back in the future. I really liked the way the beds are (with some privacy). The staffs were just excelent. In case you need they will help (or try to help) you. Excellent location, once is close to Khao San road. The mattresses were quite thin so the hard sleeping surface took some getting used to. Also it's a little bit more expensive than some other places around. But worth the money!. Not easy to find at first time. Nothing!. cant think of anything. Cuz I come to the hostel little earlier, one of the waiter said that I could check-in earlier but another man refuse which makes me kind of tired. No lift. Uncomfortable bed.
