Best thing about the hotel is the boss personally takes care of all your needs,their morning breakfast is excellent and they can get you a cab in the shortest time and the best price. all reviews » Hotel has a free bus shuttle to the closest city train station. Staff speaks English. Street food and a grocery store is 2 min. from the hotel, by foot. This was my second stay - I was looking forward to returning to Bangkok just to stay at this hotel again!. Excellent staff, perfect bed, super comfortable room. Well decorated and everything in 100% condition. The showers were always hot, the food was reasonably priced and a good selection. Stayed here for our first two nights in Thailand to settle down. Pleased with the hotel and good value for money. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Rooms are reasonably comfortable although cluttered with furniture. There is a hotel restaurant which comes in handy as there are no other restaurants nearby. The hotel drives you for free to the nearest skytrain terminal (once every hour). Didnt like the water problem and daily cleaning was not upto the mark,i felt trash cans in the rooms need to be frequently cleared. It is maybe to far from the city center. And if someone speaks in the hall corridor or slams the door at night you will wake up for sure!. Nothing. Nothing. The Western breakfast can use some more fantasy although certainly not bad now. The tuktuk service is not convenient and also not necessary. The fridge in my room 505 kept me awake at night To be fair I only told them the day I left, so hopefully they will have fixed the problem by the time I go next. Location could be better but then price would be higher. a little bit far from downtown. It is difficult to locate this place in Sukhumvit since it is in one of the lanes; this is very far from the main bts. Location isn't ideal but we booked this as a stop off between Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang Airports. If you want something in the heart of Bangkok this probably isn't for you but it's an ideal stop off between airports. Location is not the best. Too far off the beaten path. Getting there is a problem. Plan on big money to get there from airport. $300baht from central Bangkok!. Located in a dark alley where everything is closed in evenings, except for a nearby 7-Eleven. No restaurants except for the hotel restaurant. The hotel allows children under age 10 to stay in parents room free of charge but charges the children 350 bath extra for breakfast, or 700 bth for breakfast and an extra bed. Do yourself a favour, book something on Khao San Road instead of this hotel with its dreadfully depressing location.
