Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. Top hotel , very nice clean and friendly, we regularly stay in hotels all over the world including sheraton manhatton , hong kong , singapore and london and this is definitely one of the best if not the best, very very good.

This hotel is one of the world's great hotels in my opinion. Watching the constant movement on the river is just so relaxing. Everything about this hotel is good. Especially the Long Island Iced Teas at the pool bar. Tge Thai restaurant is great. View was great , Location is wonderful moreover the staff there are so friendly and fast service ever. It was a great pleasure to leave and return by the Hotel's sightseeing boat with its sofa seats. Staff were exceptional ,friendly,very helpful and polite ,made the stay vert pleasant . Cannot fault in any way , light years ahead of london sheraton skyline. Depressing that a five star hotel in a major city is not able to provide WiFi in the rooms. Check-in frustratingly slow. The Sheraton provides free Internet in a first floor space but not to the rooms. This is an outdated practice and the hotel needs to catch up with its competitors who now offer free wifi to all rooms. Rooms need a Renovation. the poor level of English spoken by the personnel. Pool too crowded, entrance hall too sterile. to go by taxi oer come back by taxi ie to use taxi in bankok is rather as you use thifers. the extend of breakfest items was little bit reduced. Far from the restaurants and the city center. Water started leaking from the ceiling in the nighttime 2-3am.
