I love this hotel. I love the checkout at 12pm (though it seems to be the norm in Thailand). The staff are very helpful. Good location for Patpong road night market, sky train and metro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the pool.

Location...staff's are professional...clean room / bathroom. Nice pool. This is really inconvenient that you still have to pay for wifi. If not for that this would be a perfect hotel. Breakfast buffett would of been nice but do understand less waste without. Breakfast menu was adequate though Had pay extra for WiFi and only one person at a time in room able to log on No hair driers,paper, pencils etc. aircon very noisy. Rooms a bit small but still great for a couple of nights. Some rooms are a bit noisier than others. It would be perfect if it had free wifi. Nothing. Rooms a little small but still OK. The rooms are rather small, but at this price that's OK. The food - Thai food is a bit too spicy and expensive. The rooms are OK but not as nice as they are on the pictures on the Rose Hotel web site. Maybe a little to expensive for what it is. I have been staying at this hotel for a number of years and its tired . For the money it's not the best and still charges for Internet in 2013 come in it should be free . The decor in the rooms needs a modern touch. Charging for internet by the hour location difficult for taxis to find from airport--every time have to speak to front desk to guide them to hotel. We have stayed there many times. All was alright. Expensive and small room. :-(.
