- Helpful staff: On our last day, we left our baggage after checking out to go shopping. The staff came to us and reassured us that it will be safe & taken care of. Another staff also helped to carry our luggage to the ratchaparok station nearby when we asked how much it would cost to take a tuktuk. -Location: Near halal restaurants that do delivery, Platinum Mall, 7 elevens and Prantip. It's a good budget hotel if you're out shopping/sightseeing all day & need a place to crash.
all reviews » In the heart of City centre, where you can eat, sleep, shop and be merry. Near to Rachaprapop train station where you can connect your journey all over Bangkok. Buffet Breakfast is simple yet satisfying. Good massage service in Hotel. Love the location and easy access shopping and yummy street food. Short distance to Airport Link Rail makes it fast and cheap to travel to and fro international airport. The room is clean and comfortable. Its near to the shopping malls and its easy for me to travel back and forth. Overall its amazing. Worth the money. :D. shopping, abundant halal food & restaurant, 4 minutes walk to Train station for Suvarnabumi Airport. Grand Looking Budget Hotel & very convenient for shopping. And Mr. Singh was Friendly. Located near shopping area and muslim restaurant. location mostly,friendly staff. Location was excellent ,walking distance to all good shopping centres and room was big and clean. The location is good but no have hotel sign at the maint road for customer to find the hotel. Room was clean. 1) Like the Breakfast. Nothing rooms very small. House Keeping -1st day toiletries given complete. 2nd day only half. 3rd day only give half soap and 1 shampoo. Nothing. Hotel location is isolated. Difficulty for Taxis to Locate the Hotel. I had to pull my luggage in the small road just to reach the hotel cause the taxi driver could not drive into the small road. Street road to hotel too small for vehicle to move in and out. no pool. Not enough english channels , staff were very rude and didnt help that much and didnt understand english very well. Food wasnt hygienic and not enough variety . The toilet too small difficult to take shower. Remote control for air-con is missing. They gave us a room with spoilt key-lock, had to go through the hassle of moving room. Gave us a card that can only operate one of the lifts. No extra key given. Problem communicating with staff. 1) Had to reset wifi everyday 2) No facilities 3) Rooms can be better 4) Staffs can be frindlier 5) Should have shuttle sevice to and fro from the airport.
