Incidentally, the hotel was renovating their rooms and the room was not readied. The management responded well when I checked into my room and I noted that there was a smell coming from the refurbishment of their furniture. I was immediately apologized and was told they were in the last phase of their room renovation. Anyway, I got an upgrade. My room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was plentiful.
all reviews » We were on our frequent trip to Bangkok from Singapore for a short holiday and found this hotel quite satisfied to us. Going in and out was very convenient through a few minutes walk to the MRT station. There were plenty of local Resturants that we can eat all day long. The Lumpinee Park was very enjoyable for our morning exercise. Staff were also friendly and polite. I used to stay in hotels in Sukumvit area but discovered that I could save at least 25 % when booked into this hotel and I could get to anywhere as convenient through the MRT station which was 150 meter away. For similar facilities and services, why pay more. There were more local restaurants and convenient stores around as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the deluxe room which is higher up with good city view. The room was nice and clean with free wifi. There was a large park nearby which had plenty of activities, especially in the morning. Right opposite the hotel is a very good Thai/Chinese resturant with local flavor. Quite good value for the money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went with us to the metro to see that we got the right train and showed us how to use the piece and where to put it.Was also helpful with cab to the airport The room was big , light and nice.in floor 14 it was a pool.Good value for the money. There were no shopping or department around, but plenty of local Resturants and a beautiful park. After a long flight, it was nice to be greeted by welcoming staff at this hotel. Some dust in the room on top of pictures. The place of the hotel is not near to the shopping places , but it is applicable for the honey moon . Could do with a lick of paint soon!.
