The staff was amazing!!! Upon our arrival, I realized I had left my phone in the cab that took us from the airport to the hotel. We had barely checked in and the whole staff was working hard at trying to contact the taxi company to trace back my phone. They never lost faith (even though I did) and they found my phone!!! Losing my very expensive phone with all the pictures and videos on it would have dampened the mood to say least so we're eternally grateful to everyone who helped! The room was .
all reviews » This is what I call a boutique hotel, small in size but excellent value with friendly staff and well designed rooms. Flat screen TV lots of choice of English channels, a large bathroom with hot running sun shower nice accessories and soft white towels. A real mini bar with great selection of drinks. Whilst the bedroom was not huge is was well designed with a king size bed for a good nights snooze, my room overlooked a very nice park at the side of the hotel. Location was ideal for Sukhumvit nightlife and evening festivities! Perfect location and close to the metro/trains. Facilities were very comfortable, staff nice and the rooms clean. Definitely the best 'beang for the buck' hotel. Will for sure stay here on future visits. I loved the bathroom with the big bathtub & rain shower. The snack bar is very well stocked. Staff were friendly & helpful. The location is very near to Terminal 21 shopping & Nana area for pubs. It's just beside Korea town as well. The staffs are super friendly.. rooms are clean.. bed are very comfortable.. breakfast is nice and can even accommodate some of our changes.. great location with super nice & friendly security guard.. worth the money.. N/A. Bed was abit hard & some of the tv channels kept jumping. The breakfast area is too small & menu was limited. room space are a bit small but after all you are in bangkok.. so you wouldn't bunk in at your room much.. not much of an issue. On the first night I heard low frequency humming noise coming from a certain point behind the wall. We found out it was the outer AC vents behind the walls. Its not that big issue if you leave the AC on, or you dont have a subtle ear like mine. At the end of the day I slept well despite the noise. Also if you open all the lights the room, the room is dark. Nothing else to say. The shower room's design is not good, have to take towels to outside or those will be wet. Nothing. I only booked 2 nights but wanted to stay longer but couldn't because the hotel was fully booked ( my fault not the hotels) but it dose reflect the popularity of this outstanding hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and paid 4000 BHT which was on higher side considering the options available nearby. B'fast was very basic!. I asked for a garden view when I booked my room, I was given a room that faces the garden but block by some commercial board right outside my window. So, is not what I wanted. Climate control did not work. the receptionist didnt wake me up inspite i asked for a morning alarm, thanks to my cell i woke up and just managed to board my flight , minutes before!!. Smell from aircon at room was terrible. I late checked out at 18 00, they charge half price of the room, litle bit expensive. I had asked 2 times for a late check out which was 2 times agrees, but message was not passed on to the lady occupying the front desk the day I checked out. Finally she agreed after some discussion to the late check out but unnecessary discussions. Very bad breakfast. Aircon blowing straight at you in bed (we were in room 602) plus temperature control was faulty, set to very cold! The breakfast was only a set breakfast, not buffet. Variety of food was lacking. The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was unfriendly and did not make us welcome. Couldn't access to wifi during our 2nd day stay, problem solved after the modem was reset outside our room. No variety at all in breakfast (I think something more could be done for the price). Small room, Window is facing the building facade, noisy at mid night. Less choice of breakfast, Staff very slow motion. Plastic kettle. Some Tv channel could have better reception. They could do more on cleaning and ventilation. bedroom small. very small room; staff not speaking english. The staff didn't friendly at all. The aircon was very noisy. There was only 3 menu for breakfast.
