The location of the hotel was excellent, less than 5 mins walk from National Stadium BTS and within easy reach to many shopping malls such as MBK, Siam Discovery Mall and Siam Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A hidden gem in downtown Bangkok!.

Location. There is MBK opposite hotel, near 7-11 and many street-stalls with fruits& bbq.
The place is good for bussiness man and travellers.
Great central location, close to bst and lots of activities,
particularly the Bangkok Cultural center and malls. The beds were
comfortable, the rooms were clean and quiet considering the location. I
also appreciated the fact there was more than one light in the
room...not just one glaring overhead. Wifi in rooms available only on
certain floors.
Pretty good location, very close to monorail and shopping malls. 10-15 mins walking to central city.
Room was big but a little old. Not too noisy (3rd floor). Has an elevator. Staff were friendly. Didn't try the small cafe in lobby.

very noisy rooms. At 6:30 everyday loud music comes from national stadium for morning aerobics. I solved that problem by using earphones.

My only complaint was the lack of a safety deposit box. I asked the
staff to hold onto my iPad and it was just placed on a shelf, clearly
visible to the public. Also, the lobby and restaurant weren't that
inviting... It looked dated and the air con was cranked up, making it
quite chilly.
Room looked a bit old, but so is the building. A bit pricey cuz looks like a budget place, but maybe it's the city location...
If you want really cheap rooms, stay near Khao San rd. I guess.
Hotel looks like going back to oldies. Although old, all are working well. Staffs not polite and friendly.
My room near BTS side, noisy feel hard to fall asleep. MBK concert add noisy especially come to weekend. Sunshine too bright shine into room make me wake up very early in the morning.

The second night the aircon disappeared all over, nobody did fix it and the temperature rose to 32 degrees in the room, the rooms are not big so it feels like in an oven with no aircon, no TV channels except for one in english.

Horrible small dark dirty room with horrible run down green bathroom and old towels. The only reason we stayed for 1 night was to shop in mbk. Wendy's guesthouse is next door everywhere has to be better than this dive with rude staff.
