Location is steps away from the beach. 5 minutes walk to Big Buddha good for going to Ko Phangan. Accommodation is good value for money, has air conditioning but very basic otherwise. Beautiful Italian restaurant across the way!. Very uncomfortable bed, certainly in need of a new mattress!!Small room not even a chair to put something on.Could have done with a dusting!No hot water but after the beach and heat we didn't mind.No breakfast or tea coffee though there is a closed up bar area on site, pity it's not in use.
