Location: close to the busy beaches but in a quiet place. THe cliffs behind the hotel were amazing.. Staff was very nice. In addition, we had to go to doctor with urgency, and one of the Managers organized it immediately, that was excellent. Kid's club was excellent for our 5 years old daughter: a lot of activities, friendly staff, she loved it! Breakfast was EXCELLENT!!, I really enjoyed A LOT, excellent quality.
all reviews » Hands down the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in.. Pay the extra money for the spa room, it's worth every single penny. Friendly monkeys on the beach next to the hotel and the most attentive staff.. We only booked 1 night here but wished we could have stayed for more!. This resort is so high class... The spa session was awesomely great.. The room was so clean & comfy.. The staffs were so friendly.. The food were super nice.. The pool was good.. A very nice surrounding of nature.. Everything is so perfect!. The location on a private beach is absolutely great and the organization is overall flawless. The rooms are decorated with a lovely mix of modern and functional elements and typical thai taste. We strongly recommend the jacuzzi room. - The scenery at the beach - The beach is much better than in Aonang, nevertheless there are a lot of stones and the water is not clear. - The food (good Thai restaurant) - Friendly staff. I liked the place magnificence. location, beach and monkeys. Location is wonderful. Beach itself is not the one I expected being so close to Railey/Prang Na Monkey trail is a good thing..however, it is a little bit yaky in some cases. The hotel boat to and from the pier does not co-incide with flights into krabi.. However, the beach where you wait for the boat is absolutely beautiful so it's not too much of a pain waiting!!. When it's raining, there's nothing much you can do but to just stay in the room. Travelling up & down between the room & lobby was quite a hassle for us who were having leg probs. Slow check in procedure. Due to low season (August), the sea was not transparent and a bit dirty. - Long check in (45 min) - Problems with water supply (10 hours) combined with wrong promises from the staff regarding water availability (hotel issue, not external issue) - Bill charged in Euro instead of Baht, although I have especially asked for Baht, as a consequence the price was 4% higher, due to the unfavorable exchange rate. - Hotel is only accessible via boat (with the exception of a small path over the mountain). The pier in Aonang is 3 km away from the centre. Monkey trail needs to be repaired. Jellyfish in the sea aren`t pleasant. A bit expencive. Comunication to town. Quality of the food and barbeque at outdoor restaurant lest something to be desired but food quality at main restaurants good. - Value. While very beautiful, the price is steep. Food costs 2-3x more than at nice restaurants in aonang. 1800Baht for a massage at the spa vs 200 baht in aonang. (Granted, not the same massage, but not worth 6x...) - NOT A NEGATIVE - but hotel is family friendly, lots of kids and families. If you want a more intimate place for a honeymoon, be warned. Can still enjoy as a couple, but there are lots of families. Agy furniture, lack of halal food for Muslims. The fact we had to leave :). Rooms poorly preserved. we had a water supply problem during one night, so we had to find other way to take shower. I have no negative comments. Not clean enough, staff sometimes slow. Roomed was not given as booked, and the staff did nothing to accommodate our booking. They tried to move us to a lesser room which was not acceptable. Huge charge for internet usage. A hotel at this price should not be charging for Wi Fi. nothing. No nearby shops, restuarant or cheap massage availble, so if there is anything you need remember to bring it with you. We had to wait for a table at breakfast, but this is because it was raining so outside seating was not available. Shuttle service to the village. Only 1 shuttle per hour, we could never get on it because it was always fully booked. We booked a baby sitter and this was not arranged for us. Pools very dirty not cleaned daily or first thing in the morning. Lots of maintenance needed, decking, paths, walkways down to beach. Range of room service menu too. Lack of range in shop. This is a opportunity as it is away from shops to provide to a captive market, very poor range in shop. No snacks, drinks to take away quickly, no toiletries, sunscreen or beach essentials that are always needed, children's pool toys, sand toys etc. 服务非常一般，由于酒店地理位置的特殊，连买瓶矿泉水都是非常不方便的，所以不太适合带小宝宝的家庭。而且- 只有酒店餐厅可供选择，所以多住几日不是好选择。. hotel management is in need of change also maintenance of rooms .. and the bed not good becouse this place magnificence need good maintence . front desk service. My booking was for a twin bed which was respected only after a terrible arguing. Not nice at all. Poor service. Food is not that good.

Please note that the resort is located on a private beach and can only be reached using the resort's own transportation. They provide complimentary speedboat transfers between Haad Nopparatthara Pier and the resort to ensure the most convenient and safest transfer for guests. Guests making their own transfer arrangement to the pier must ensure they have supplied their arrival time in advance to the resort to ensure seats have been reserved on the appropriate scheduled boat service. The schedule is as follows: - Nopparatthara Pier to resort: 07:30, 08:30, 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, 19:30, 20:30, 21:30, 22:30, 23:30 and 00:30. - Resort to Nopparatthara Pier: 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00, 21:00 and 22:00 The shuttle boat service is subject to first come, first served basis. Please arrive at least 15-minute before departure time. The boat services operate subject to health and safety controls, especially related to local weather conditions, and are subject to change, reduction or addition without prior notice. Private boat transfers via longtail boat or speedboat are available at an additional charge. To make transfer arrangements, guests are requested to contact the resort directly using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
