What can we say that hasn't been said in previous reviews. One thing we do not usually expect from a holiday resort is intimacy and personal treatment. These two aspects are what make Baan Habeebee simply a perfect place to relax and enjoy the "real" pleasures of Thailand - peace, tranquility and attention to detail. all reviews » The fact that we could relax was, to us, a major issue. The pool was well maintained as were the gardens and surrounds. Our host Ming, was excellent in everything she did, her omelettes for breakfast were very enjoyable. The resort, tho small, was for us big enough and just far enough out of town so that we would not be affected by noise but close enough for a short lift into town by their free transport. All things said we had a most enjoyable holiday, our thanks to MING AND DAN(our transport . It was the best hotel we ever stayed at. We stayed in Aonang 3days but only went out 1 day to see the beach,cus the resort was so beautiful that we spent our whole time there. Far away from the tourist traps and near the ferry pier. Personally the room was really small and couldn't leave our clothes outside bags. Breakfast are really poor in comparison to hotels with similar prices: egg plus sousage, some croissant and jam.... And couldn't bare Mosquitos. Founds beds uncomfortable and thought it was very expensive for what it was. Noisy and too exposed. Too far from Ao Nang... noise from reception area too close. Lack of privacy Noisy Mosque very close. Free shuttle to Ao Nang too infrequent. Proved costly to pay for Tuk tuk there and back every day.
