A little noisy at night if your are a light sleeper but none of us had any trouble sleeping.
One of the bedrooms is on the street side of the building, the trams and passing traffic are audible during the night.
There is only one bath room. Though my group is 4 persons but the apartment can cater for 6-7 persons.
No cheap parking solution in the vicinity, kitchenwares could be extended (ustensils provided were minimal and of cheap quality), noisy street due to trams every 2 minutes...
