Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  The Staff are helpful and fast in assisting our request despite its main hotel Europe was shut down due to low season and only minimal staff were on duty during our staying period. The one bedroom apartment we stayed was very cozy and comfortable in a very central location.The supermarket, cafe and restaurants are all within very short walking dis... what people say » tance. What impressed me the most was where we paid chf20 daily for the dog and they actually prepared the separate clean towels set ,blanket and the - The staff at the Hotel Europe were very accommodating in trying to make up for the shortcomings of the Apartments. The room was ok - it was spacious, clean and relatively comfortable but I was on a working holiday and could not get the wifi to work the first night. They ended up moving us to the Hotel Europe for the second night. Also, you need to go to the Hotel first unless you call or email after booking and then they will tell you what room you are in and that the door is already open with

  Pleasant staff. The restaurant was very good and the prices were very reasonable. We would certainly stay there again. Excellent location. - Dinner food was excellent as well as the service. Shrimp curry was outstanding!!
