Rooms at B&B Cima are simply furnished, but they all enjoy beautiful mountain views. Each room is fitted with a wardrobe, a table with 2 chairs. Most have private bathroom facilities and a south-facing balcony.
Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere in Cima B&B, including the bright breakfast room. In summer, there are chairs, tables and parasols in the garden.

the location of this B&B is just 2 mins walk from the railway station & it was quite easy to pull our luggage. nice, compact & comfortable room. helpful old man (nice & young at heart) at d reception. the childrens park next door was my little child's delight. good & sufficient breakfast.
Fantastic location to most of zermatt and train station. Good filling brekky and hosts were very nice and helpful. Very good price considering zermatt standards. Would defiantly stay again. Also if weather good there are some rooms with Matterhorn views.all reviews »

it was very '70s but if you want an affordable quiet place by the train station it was great. We stayed in a room with a shower and sink and a toilet in the hallway.

Excellent location, very near the main train station & Gornergrat station; but not so happy bec when we arrived in late evening, no staff in the hotel and we're only told to go a room on the top floor on the phone. Very tiring to climb up the stairs bec there's no lift. But felt better the next morning as the staff told us our room is on the second floor with beautiful view facing the Matterhorn.

the hotel does not have an elevator & hence we had to pull our heavy bags to the 1st floor.
Beds were a bit of the uncomfy side and creaky, but still had a good night sleep after hikes so not a major thing.
1. Room on the 4th floor with no elevator. 2. Room #19 could not stand up in the shower 3. No change in the breakfast over 6 days. 4. Needs updating.

There was some misunderstanding and they have given our room to someone else. Staff was nice tough and we got little discount.

The decor is well and truely dated. The shared toilet needs to be fixed. Hearing the neighbours movements above you and next to you was not good.
The pillows and the bed are too soft and flat. I think this is the common problem in Europe.
Cramped room and bathroom. Uncomfortable, creaky beds and floorboards. Breakfast was not fresh. Uncomfortable beds, squeaky floors, balcony deck falling apart (loose and broken planks).
The accommodation is a bit dated and tired. It is clean and tidy but I felt a little overpriced for what we got, am not sure if that is just Zermatt being a bit more expensive in general, but for the basic nature of what we received a felt the price was a touch high.
