The staff ,at all levels from management to dining room and porter, were attentive, helpful and polite. Wonderful views when weather cleared. Very good continental breakfast. We were allowed to change to a corner room on request (for an extra 10 swiss francs per night) which was the room advertised on the website. Also Cola the house cat's use of the elevator was amusing.

Faultless. Attentive staff and perfect service. The attention to detail and level of service never faltered when they were busy and when things got quiet mid week.
We stayed in a peaceful room with a view to the rear wooded hillside and it was great. Clean and well serviced by discreet and polite staff. The breakfast and 5 course evening meal were just fantastic; plenty of everything and top quality produce and tastes.
