  The hotel is located on the main street of Wengen which is like the Hobbit Shire, but for humans. Oliver the manager and Bridgette the front end staff were so helpful. The hotel is very comfortable with a beautiful pool, great breakfast buffet and overall charm. The tour group ate all the food in the buffet within 15 minutes on - The staff was really nice! They allow pets there and we brought our dog with us. When we checked into the room, we saw they had put out a water bowl for the dog which I thought was really nice. Breakfast was good, typical Swiss breakfast, and a couple of hot options. Location in the heart of Wengen was great.

  Staff was very helpful; meals were wonderful. Room was comfortable, if small (north facing rooms). Beautiful setting. Excellent hospitality.   Absolutely everything. Our hosts were charming and helpful and nothing was too much of a problem. The accommodation was clean, beautiful views from the second storey of the chalet and well worth the money. - outstanding location! extremely clean and well furnished for our family of 4. It was a relatively last minute decision to go skiing (booked through letsbookhotel.com) and I ended up going on my own.
