We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very close to the ski slopes via quick shuttle or 5-10 minute walk, but with a bit of fairly easy off piste skiing you can ski directly down to the hotel. The spa facilities were also very nice after a long day on the slopes. -

Beautifully appointed spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. Great location near tram so perfect for skiers. (Can ski in from lift). Lovely decorated hotel and exceptional customer service. Fast internet and extensive, delicious free breakfast. Also 4 course groumet dinner offered in dining room for very reasonable price. Very friendly staff.
