The staff is efficient and kind. The rooms are very confortable and have a nice view. It is very close to the epfl and the University. The metro station is also very close and you can arrive at the center in a few minites. Remark: The old part of the city is 4 km away, and so it is not really a reasonable walking distance. Extremly happy and proud to be in such country snd hotel for the outstanding and lovely experience that I had throuh..Thanks for every think looking forward for more and frequent visits.

Design, comfort, cleaniness. Public transport free card. Free shuttle for city centre in the morning and evening. Very close to epfl (Technical University). Proximity with the EPFL campus. We have been upgraded to a better room. We have been given a free transportation card for the whole stay. big comfortable room with air conditioner and separate bathroom. Coffee and tea facilities are available in the room. Very close to EPFL, it provide a free transport pass, it's very convenient to take a metro to Lausanne Gare. Very comfortable, clean, interesting deco, location is quiet, this time I managed to find a parking space. I particularly liked the colorful, modern design; the proximity to EPFL; the comfort: the quiet. Room was comfortable, bright, quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Very nice and modern rooms, simple but tasteful design. Nice and friendly stuff. room decorat is very nice, it is very near to EPFL, there are arabic chaneels. High price, and not convenient for city centre visits. The lunch at the hotel was average. Nothing. Once you book from letsbookhotel.com, it can't be refund. The room rate is a little bit high. Restaurant staff very slow in spite no customers, having to pay 20 chf for breakfast which is really too expensive considering the available choice and already pricey room, having to pay for parking as there are very few available spaces. The price is high but in line with the quality of this hotel. Breakfast is expensive for what it offers. Price is somewhat too high as for 4*, but that's what one should expect from Switzerland. the breakfast is same for every day, the breakfast is limited by kinds of food and it is expensive (CHF 25) per person per day. No sound barrier between bedroom and toilet / shower; from the bedroom you will hear every sound being made in the toilet!. Staff attempting to enter the room early in the morning. A knock followed by immediate entry with absolutely no wait to establish if the room was occupied. Slow to replenish breakfast items. Breakfast buffet was ok, but I have seen better!. nothing. Some of the receptionists are not very nice, almost impolite. They should learn more about hospitality. Location is a little far from the center, but beautiful (on the shore of the lake). It is expensive more that it is reasonable. No iron available. Staff promised to provide...called 3 times and they never delivered to room. Then when I went to the front desk they told me none available. The hotel management were not helpful. The room had two beds next two each other although we had booked a room with one big bed. While sleeping the beds went apart since they have wheels and i fell in the middle. Very annoying. The glasses in the room are made of plastic which is not expected from a 4 star hotel. While taking shower water goes out side the shower bay which is very uncomfortable. I will never recommend this hotel. It's full of bachelors and not suitable for families. the bed was not comfortable. the bathroom is too small and the shower was disaster. the parking was not free for hotel guests. the restaurant was not delicious and expensive.
