The location was wonderful--what a charming little town Randa is! And it's so easy to get to Zermatt on the train. We loved how spacious the apartment was, the fireplace was so nice to have, and the balconies afforded spectacular views of the mountains. The kids loved sledding right out the front door too! We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived. Hotel du Lac is a charming place in the perfect location with the alps on one side and lake on the other. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.
