The welcoming was absolutely grateful!
They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style.
Staff were so professional and showed support all time.

Hotel du Lac is a charming place in the perfect location with the alps on one side and lake on the other. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.

The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we
arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip
through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely
picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss"
experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony.
