  The staff was very friendly and offered us coffee when we missed breakfast after sleeping in. Breakfast is limited in choice but included in the price and served until 11 at the weekends. Free wifi with good reception in the room. Very good location, just 15 minutes walk from centre and a tram line 3 stopping at the door. - Convenient location and close to local tram route (No 3). Friendly staff and good breakfasts and local restaurants close to hotel. The wrong type of bed configuration was initially provided but this was changed by moving us to another and better room.

  We were there for the second time. We like the convenience of being very near the railway station, taxi rank and shops, spacious rooms, the helpful staff. And a very good breakfast. - Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff is very welcoming and speaks good English. The elevator to the underground carpark is neath!

  The Owner was incredibly friendly and helpful with a vast knowledge of the area and its surroundings. We had a lovely room, bright and airy with fresh clean bedding and nice feel. The continental breakfast was good, nice variety of cheeses and generous portions too. A perfect hotel is need a base to explore the beautiful surroundings. Small shop just opposite. Easy access with a bus (about 3 min) to railwaystation and direct train to Bern. TV in a room, free WiFi and car parking, Personnel pleasant and helpful. It's hard to find a better place.
