When we arrived dogged tired at 10pm, we were greeted warmly by the elder of the Stamatakis brothers and shown to our nice, comfortable and warm looking room. We were very surprised by the gesture because this is the first time happening for us since we are in a budget tour. The hotel is modern looking yet retain the feel of the past.   Great location, just moments from the railway station. The room had a rustic feel but was completely refurbished and very comfortable. Free internet available in rooms (network cable available free of charge from reception) and WiFi in public areas. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious.   Loved just about everything. The location is amazing. The apartments are beautifully furnished with high-quality fittings. The view from the balcony, of the mountains, was breath-taking! And the sauna/wellness room... that was a real treat. - The hotel located in the mountains with beautiful view and the staff was very kind and helpful.

  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town.   By Swiss standards really good value for money. The room was of an average size with a brand new bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and very good and the dinner in the restaurant upon arrival was delicious. Full satisfaction. - Beautiful renovation.Comfortable room. Lovely breakfast.
