  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary.   The rooms were spacious and comfortable with heated bathroom floors which is nice on a chilly (-17) night. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a la carte eggs any style also available. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly with everything. The main train station is 5-10 min walk away and from here it is about half hour into larger t - From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Sofia after a disastrous journey (which was made better by the complimentary Prosecco) we knew this was a fantastic hotel. It's in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main Gotschnabahn lift. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and felt like a ski chalet in itself. The bar is spacious and stylish, and the breakfast service was everything you could ask for. We only wished we were staying longer!

  The owner, Matesis (not sure of spelling) was very warm and freindly, and I enjoyed our chat about cars, and his love of Ford Capris. He and his staff were fantastic, and the Ladina is very comfortable, almost like a boutique hotel, as it is small (I think 10 rooms or so in total), and the staff make you feel at home.
