From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Sofia after a disastrous journey (which was made better by the complimentary Prosecco) we knew this was a fantastic hotel. It's in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main Gotschnabahn lift.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and felt like a ski chalet in itself.
The bar is spacious and stylish, and the breakfast service was everything you could ask for.
We only wished we were staying longer!

They offered us a vegetarian menu for dinner, modifying the already set-up one, after a short chat on our preference. The result was superb and the staff was overall very attentive to our need. -
They surprised my son with a small token at breakfast time because it was his birthday.

Breakfast was good, staff was nice and location was ideal. Train staton is near and yet location is quiet and the clock tower doesn't bother since it is not near the hotel.

The family receptionists! When we arrived dogged tired at 10pm, we were greeted warmly by the elder of the Stamatakis brothers and shown to our nice, comfortable and warm looking room. We were very surprised by the gesture because this is the first time happening for us since we are in a budget tour. The hotel is modern looking yet retain the feel of the past.
