  The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and provide an excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant provides an excellent and well-prepared selection for those who like fish or vegetarian menus as well as meat dishes. The location vis-a-vis train connections is also very good as is the proximity to the Monte Ge... what people say » neroso railway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - They had high chair and the staff was very kind. Very close to the train station but with the windows closed no problem of noise. Air conditionned! Good breakfast. The restaurant is excellent.

  Close to the Casino. Have been to a few 3 star's in Italy and this is definately one of the best, stunning view of lake and mountains, obviously rooms have been renovated, comfortable bed, descent sized bathroom, nice restaurant for dinner, good Italian buffet breakfast. Don't expect english buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff. - Great attitude... what people say » of staff. Stay was all the more enjoyable because of efficient and courteous handling by Esther, the lady manning the front desk

  I had really a great stay - the view on the lake is gorgeous, the staff friendly and the hotel itself very clean. If I will have an opportunity I will come again. - Very friendly staff, clean, modern rooms. Looks better inside than from the outside. Lovely location looking out over the lake. Nice breakfast.

  The apartment was nice and the view was spectacular. The beds were comfortable. There is a very large balcony on both floors to view the lake. We enjoyed our time here. - View is excellent, stuff very friendly. Apartment is very spacious, on two levels, can easily accommodate four!
